Studio Rates & Policies

For 2018-2019 school year

SPRING SEMESTER 2019:

LESSON FEES FOR STUDIO STUDENTS:
Every studio student will receive 15 lessons during the spring semester and participate in a seasonal recital. A semester commitment of weekly study is required. 

30 min. 3 payments of $115 and 1 payment of $86.25
45 min. 3 payments of $170 and 1 payment of $127.50
60 min. 3 payments of $225 and 1 payment of $168.75

PAYMENT DUE DATES: You will receive a reminder email or text before the day your payments are due.

Tuesday students:

Wednesday students: 
Jan 23, Feb 20, March 27, May 1
Thursday students: 
Jan 24, Feb 28, April 4, May 2
Friday students:
Jan 25, March 1, April 5, May 3

RECITAL FEE :
There is a $5 increase in the recital fee this semester to help cover costs. New amounts are $20 for each string student and a $30 for each piano student. This fee covers the space, piano rental and sound costs for the event. Please pay at your earliest convenience and no later than your last lesson of the semester. 

EXTRA LESSONS: For students performing in a duo or ensemble, extra rehearsals may need to be scheduled outside of regular lesson times. If so, parents will be advised of the cost ahead of the rehearsal time. 

SPRING SEMESTER DATES:
Spring Session: Tuesday, January 22, through Friday, May 17th.
Spring Recital: Monday, Monday, May 20th, 6:30 PM at EXO Coffee Co
MAKE-UP Saturday: March 9th & May 4th

NO LESSONS will be held on the following dates:
Rodeo Break
Thursday & Friday (Feb 21st & 22nd)
TUSD Spring Break:
Monday-Friday (March 18th-22nd)
Gabrielle OUT for an event:
Tuesday & Wednesday (April 23rd & 24th)

MISSED LESSON POLICY:
If a student must miss a weekly lesson due to illness or other circumstance there are two options for making up your lesson.  If there is a lesson time open due to another student's cancellation, you may be able to fill it. But if there is nothing available it is your responsibility to attend one of the two Saturday make-up days to avoid losing your missed lesson. Please limit your make-ups to no more than two missed lessons per semester.
