Yoga Offerings
(Spring 2026)

Join Gabrielle for a monthly yoga practice designed to connect you with your inner calm and seasonal well-being. Gabrielle will begin with a slow flow and transition into yin sequences inspired by Chinese meridian theory and seasonal principles. Spacious pauses between shapes will invite you to notice subtle body sensations and support nervous system regulation and repair. A short pranayama practice and seated meditation will be offered toward the end of class. Gabrielle will share healing mantras and sound during savasana to gently soothe the heart. Previous experience with yin yoga is recommended but not required. Pre-registration is highly encouraged for this workshop.

March 21: Honoring the Equinox
A nurturing practice honoring the auspicious time when day and night meet in equal measure.
April 12: Spring Balancing Practice
A practice aligned with the rising energy of spring, supporting renewal, grounding and circulation.
May 16: Pre-Summer Cool Down
A cooling practice to settle the nervous system and open to the summer season.
