Yin Yoga on Zoom
Friday evening unwind
2-week series
May 12 & 19th
5:30-6:45 pm (MST time)

Join me for two delicious yin practices that will help you unwind from your work week. I will hold the space for a slow moving, grounded yin practice, centered in nervous system regulation and body awareness. Incorporating Ayurveda and Chinese meridian sequences to encourage seasonal balance. As always, I will give time in between long-held shapes for silence and noticing body sensations. Simple mantras will be lead at the start and end of class. Sanskrit prayers will be offered during Śavāsana. Previous experience with a yin practice is recommended.
